- ➤ Environmental groups including the Wyoming Outdoor Council urged lawmakers to require developer fees and public review steps for new data center projects in Wyoming, citing high energy and water use, with proposals slated for upcoming legislative sessions (a white paper outlines these recommendations). GOVERNMENT NEWS
