- ➤ Rodney Gilstrap, who falsely claimed Wyoming residency to get hunting licenses from 2018 to 2021, pleaded guilty to wildlife crimes for illegally killing deer, elk, and pronghorn—his appeal was denied on Sept. 24 and he will report to detention on Nov. 7 to serve a 21-day jail sentence on a work-release schedule ending in Sept. 2026.
