Loss Mommas of Gillette will host a walk of solidarity to honor lives lost and raise awareness about pregnancy and infant loss—organizers say local support will help those affected.

The Y.E.S. House Foundation hosted its annual dinner themed Heroes & Villains at the CAM-PLEX in Gillette to raise funds for youth in crisis, with guests dressing as heroes or villains and enjoying food, drinks, and raffles.

MC Wesley Johnson led lively performances — including acts by local business couples and Comic Book Icons — while awards and videos highlighted the foundation’s work with young people.

The Gillette Abuse Refuge Foundation is hosting its annual Survivors Walk today at 6 p.m. at the Dick Bratton shelter at Dalbey Memorial Park — the event will feature a short speech to raise awareness of domestic violence.

Campbell County’s average gasoline price fell by 7 cents to $2.80 per gallon today, while the national average dropped to $3.02 per gallon as reported by GasBuddy.

Wyoming’s state average also dipped by 1 cent and some Gillette stations offered prices as low as $2.66 per gallon — reflecting a broader trend in falling fuel costs.
