- ➤ The Gillette Chamber Singers will perform their fall concert today at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church—joining high school students from across Gillette for a unique collaboration. Gillette News Record
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Gillette College trustees agreed this week to develop plans for maintaining four county-owned campus buildings that commissioners will review before the county transfers them. The move is meant to ensure the buildings remain in good shape after the transfer. Gillette News Record
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ The Wyoming Department of Health is launching its Rural Health Transformation Program to strengthen care in rural areas by collecting public feedback at meetings and online via a survey (open until October 15th). Deputy Director Franz Fuchs said the program will use significant funds over the next five years to address issues like hospital viability, affordable health insurance, emergency services, maternity deserts, and behavioral health.
