- ➤ Wyoming lawmakers are drafting a bill that would require mountain bikers to pay a fee to support state trail maintenance as federal funds drop—mountain bikers may pay $5 daily or an annual fee ($10 for residents, $20 for nonresidents) while minors remain exempt and violators face an $85 fine.
