🎓 Education
The Gillette Community College Board approved a $50 million budget for the Enzi Center this morning, raising costs from $29.4 million by adding 12,000 sqft and a 94% increase per sqft price.
The board also adopted policies on student-athlete earnings and campus safety and named Rick Thompson as bond counsel.
🏛️ Government
Gillette will close West Shoshone Avenue from May 26 until June 12 for a beautification project that removes landscape along Heart X Court to Running West Drive — drivers must use detours via Running W and Heart X Courts north and Lexington, Rocking T, and J Cross south.
