- ➤ A 5-year-old Gillette boy is competing in the 2026 Junior Ranger contest — which supports the National Wildlife Federation and ends Thursday at 7 p.m. PDT — as he works to move from second to first place by gaining online votes. County 17
- ➤ The Wyoming State 4-H Foundation awarded over $74,000 in scholarships Tuesday to Campbell County students who will attend local colleges in 2026 to 2027. Jayden Haugen, Samantha Marshall, Zachary McMillin, and Rylee Hudson received awards ranging from $300 to $2,400. County 17
- ➤ On April 28, the Campbell County School Board reviewed staffing proposals for the 2026–27 school year amid rising costs and approved an attendance boundary change plus a $131M contract for a new high school replacement.
