- ➤ Van Ewing Construction was awarded a $21.4 million contract Tuesday night to build a new stadium at Campbell County High School, promising improved facilities for student sports and events. Gillette News Record
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Gillette-based S&S Builders LLC secured a $2.2 million contract to rehabilitate the West Richards Street bridge over the North Platte River in Douglas, with work including replacing concrete slabs, installing structural steel and overlaying the deck. - ➤ Gillette brothers Parker and Tyrel Martinson competed in the Sin City Showdown demolition derby in Las Vegas, and Tyrel finished first in the B-main feature. Gillette News Record
