- ➤ On April 15, Gillette City Council approved the new Comprehensive Plan with a 6—1 vote even as residents and council members argued over the 15—minute city idea. Some locals said the plan may not fit Gillette while others believed it offered a needed guide for future growth. County 17
- ➤ The Wyoming Public Service Commission approved a rate hike settlement that will raise Rocky Mountain Power residential bills by about $14 starting in June—reducing the utility’s original 14.7% increase request to roughly a 10.2% rise amid higher fuel costs, wildfire liability insurance, and renewable energy investments.
