Gillette Main Street is asking residents to complete a survey (Transformation Strategies) to plan downtown and meet Main Street America requirements.

The survey will run until April 21 as it seeks 200 responses.

Campbell County Sheriff's Office reported that on Thursday, March 27, arrests and arraignments took place in Gillette and Moorcroft for charges including probation violations, contempt of court, bond revocations and controlled substance offenses—charges that are subject to change pending official filing by the Campbell County Attorney's Office.

Comedian and musician Jack Willhite will perform his Rock and Roll Comedy Show at Gillette Elks Lodge next Saturday, April 5.

Dinner will be served from 5 to 6:45 p.m. + the show starts at 7 p.m. + tickets cost $20.

High temperatures today are raising fire hazards in dry, grassy areas near Gillette—National Weather Service issued a red flag warning as winds may gust up to 26 mph.

On March 26, the Campbell County Fire Department responded to nine incidents — including several medical emergencies, a potential aircraft problem, a grass fire on Bishop Road covering 20.5 acres, and a smoke report near Boxelder Road and Burma Avenue.

The department has answered 803 service calls this year.

Wyoming Attorney General Bridget Hill announced that residents who bought generic drugs from Heritage or Apotex between 2010 and 2018 may qualify for a payout from a $39.1M settlement over alleged price-fixing.

The multistate coalition has obtained the necessary signatures and will file the settlement in U.S. District Court in Hartford.
