- ➤ The Campbell County Board of Commissioners approved a public notice for a one-year grazing lease on about 6,800 acres at Spaeth Ranch — the county will maintain water wells while the lessee covers electric costs and bid proposals are accepted until April 22 with a meeting on April 23 and the lease set to start May 7. Commissioners also tabled a surface lands agreement for a scoria pit until clarifications are made. County 17
- ➤ Gov. Mark Gordon signed 10 bills on March 19 that let doctors prescribe some medications for off-label uses, extend the cutoff for post-conviction DNA tests to 2008, and expand the definition of prostitution to include sexual contact—actions that now change state law while he reviews remaining bills until midnight Friday.
