Girl Scout Cookie booths will open Friday, March 20 across the region, offering nine cookie varieties (including the new Exploremores, a rocky road ice cream-inspired sandwich cookie).

The K-12 school funding recalibration bill became law without Governor Mark Gordon’s signature, adding school nurse + counselor funding at every elementary school and adjusting class sizes.
Wyoming Education Association President Kim Amen called it a promising start despite concerns over block grants and local control.

The EPA approved Wyoming DEQ’s new permit program to regulate coal combustion residuals, setting guidelines for disposing of coal-burning byproducts.
Starting Monday, Mar. 30, the department will implement the program to ensure safe and proper waste management statewide.
