Campbell County 4-H is hosting the 48th annual Children's Festival at Cam-plex Central Pavilion this Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

A recent study shows Wyoming recorded 161 H-1B new hires (5.4 per 10k workers) mainly in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector compared with 182,973 hires nationally, highlighting the state’s lower reliance on high-skilled foreign labor.

The school board has formed a committee to study rezoning proposals — enrollment trends show Campbell County High School may eventually have 40% more students than Thunder Basin.
🏈 Sports
The Gillette Swim Team hosted the Wyoming State Swimming Championships at the new Campbell County Aquatic Center last weekend, drawing about 500 swimmers from across the state.
The event proved a strong debut for the new facility.
Last weekend, hundreds of youth basketball players from around the region gathered in Gillette to participate in the Pinnacle Bank Shootout.
The tournament provided local fans with a chance to watch skilled teams compete.
