EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Heritage Christian School will switch to a four-day week for the 2026 to 2027 school year to ease staffing issues and give families longer weekends (75% of parents and staff support the change). Classes will run from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. to maintain academic standards. County 17
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ During its meeting Thursday evening, Campbell County Public Land Board expressed strong support for CAM-PLEX executive director Aaron Lyles by noting he is following new directives to improve customer service and culture. The board reviewed 12 months of complaints and affirmed Lyles’ leadership amid ongoing changes. County 17

- ➤ Today, the Wyoming Cowgirls will play Boise State at 2 p.m. at home, with the game broadcast on the Mountain West Network and Cowgirl Radio Network. They look to build on an 82-72 win at UNLV that saw 16 three-pointers and a season-high 26 from Malene Pedersen. County 17
