- ➤ Ruben A. Castro is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 7 after being charged with kidnapping, strangulation, and leading police on a high-speed pursuit in Gillette, Wyo. County 17
- ➤ Gillette law enforcement responded to various incidents including child neglect, property destruction, theft, and drug possession on February 3, with parents of a young boy taken into custody due to active warrants, and other ongoing investigations. County 17
